Take the Exam

The Admissions Team will get in touch with you to help you prepare for the examination along with your schedule and link. 

The examination will be administered online.

Be interviewed by our Resident Supervisor

An email will be sent to you with the schedule and link for your interview.

Be interviewed by our Guidance Counselor

An email will be sent to you with the schedule and link for your interview.

Review of Application

Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of the result via email.

Enrollment Process

Make sure you prepare all the required documents and accomplished forms on your scheduled enrollment dates.
STEP 1

Registration

An link for our Enrollment portal will be sent to you via email. Complete the form and attach the requirements.

STEP 2

Assessment & Payment

An email will be sent to you from the Business Office with the amount you need to pay. Process your payment through the following accounts:

STEP 3

Validation

Your registration will be validated and you will receive a confirmation through email.

STEP 4

FEBIAS Account

You will receive another email with your FEBIAS Account details so that you can sign-in to the College Portal and access your classes online.

Admission Requirements

  • Application form duly filled out (Download Application Kit)
  • 2×2 ID picture (2 copies)
  • Conversion Testimony
  • Signed Statement of Faith
  • Recommendation from:
    • Pastor
    • Teacher or Local Official
    • Christian Friend 
  • Scholastic records and Certifications
    • For transferees:
      • Transcript of Records (TOR)
      • Certificate of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential
    • For High School graduates
      • Form 137-A or Form 138
      • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Original PSA (NSO) Birth Certificate
  • Written guarantee of financial support from parents or sponsors
  • Health Requirements
    • X-ray result with big film(taken within six months)
    • Medical results of blood, urine, stool and drug test
  • Application Fee (P250.00)
  • Diagnostic Test Fee (P250.00) 
  • Interview (Guidance Counselor & Resident Supervisor)
