Admission Procedure

  1. Enrollment is on a First come, first served basis.
  2. Forms are available at CDC Office.  
  3. An interview and a test assessing the pupil’s skills and knowledge are conducted in April and May.
  4. Limited slots only.

Admission Requirements

  1. PSA Birth Certificate.
  2. Two copies of 2×2 ID picture.
  3. Completed application form.
