Checklist
Admission Requirements
Prepare the following before lodging your application:
- Recent 2×2 Picture (not more than 6 months)
- Signed Statement of Faith (downloadable & printable form)
- Signed Student Pledge (downloadable & printable form)
- Signed Data Privacy Consent Form (downloadable & printable form)
- Statement of Financial Support (downloadable & printable form)
- Recommendations (downloadable & printable form)
- Pastor, Teacher, Christian friend
- Note: After downloading and printing the Recommendation Forms, ask the persons concerned to fill out the recommendation form/s and return it to you in a sealed envelope.
- For SHS Graduates: Original SHS-SF9 or Learner’s Progress Report Card
- For Transferees:
- Certificate of Transfer Credentials
- Copy of Grades/Transcript of Records
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Original PSA Marriage Certificate (for married applicants)
- X-ray
- CBC
- Urinalysis
- Fecalysis
- Drug Test
- Medical Certificate with remarks, “Fit to Study”

Admission Process
This is our admissions process for Undergraduate Programs.

Online registration
Complete the application form through FEBIAS Admissions Portal.

Submission of requirements
Compile all the documents in a brown envelope and submit them personally at the FEBIAS Registrar’s Office or send them via courier to FEBIAS College of Bible (address above).

Payment
Proceed to the FEBIAS cashier’s window to pay the ₱500 for the Application Fee. Contact us if you prefer to pay online.

Examination
Once your payment is validated, you will receive an email with the date and time of your exam; and instructions on how to prepare to take it onsite or online.

Interview
You will receive an invitation for an interview with our Residence Supervisors and the Guidance Counselor.

Notice of Acceptance
Your application will be reviewed and results will be sent to you through email.
Accepted students may proceed to enrollment.
